+Present case simply. Make sure to include risk factors for the complication and what risk factors are relevant for this patient. If it is a technical error, present the proposed change or intervention to prevent the complication.\\
+Chong Abdominal Wall: Make sure you present perforator row. Multiple and more lateral perforators will result in more deinnervation of muscle and lead to higher complications of bulge (possibly hernia as well, but this is much more rare).\\
