Edit a page
Press the edit page button on the right side of the page
Editing Tools
Red square - bold, italics, underline, monospace, strikeout.
Blue square - headlines. This creates the quick links in the table of contents section. Made with equal signs.
Green square - internal and external links

Inserting Images
1. Red box - Ensure that you are in the resident section (called a namespace)
2. Blue box - Select your file
3. Green box - Upload your file
4. Purple box - Select your file
5. Yellow box - Insert your file

Save
When you are done editing a page press the Save Button.
Operative Report Template
Use the internal link: Operative Report Example to see the operative report template.
This uses the WRAP plugin to make two columns. If you would like to make an operative report I would recommend the following steps.
1. Go to the Operative Report Example page.
2. Edit the page and copy the wrap code.
3. Paste the code!

1. Exact name of Operative Procedure:
Only the operative report should go in this section in the left column.
Photos
Tourniquet: finger / forearm / arm
Drain: Type of drain and placement
Sutures: List all layers
Dressing: What's preferred?
Anatomy: Pertinent anatomy should be listed
Post-operative care: Include restrictions, splints, etc…
