For the 23-24 academic year, the plan is to use the following spreadsheet as a running list for M&M. Thanks.

Each service chief (University, Hand, VA, CHCO, DG) will be required to create a slide summarizing the total number of complications (readmissions, re-operations, mortalities and reasons for each “infection, hematoma, etc.”) each month. Please send slide to the first presenting resident at least one night in advance to be compiled into their presentation to minimize screen sharing transitions.
If your case is selected, please use the above template. Please review your slides with the relevant attending BEFORE your presentation. You should conduct a relevant literature review, but if there is no literature pertaining to your complication, you do not need to present anything just for the sake of having literature.
